I am currently living in Rwanda doing research on the effectiveness of AIDS funding on the overall health system of a country. I will be here for the year writing my masters thesis and then flying back to Boston to graduate in May 09. Enjoy reading….

    As you’re investigating the effectiveness of AIDS funding, you might be interested in http://HealthDev.net, a social news network focusing on AIDS and TB.

    Although we don’t (yet) have a specific focus on Rwanda, we do have a focus on east Africa:
